- 5+ years of Project Management experience 5+ years of experience interfacing with Application Teams 2+ years of Mobile Digital Marketing experience (Preferred) Experience managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously Experience working with cross-functional teamsIT, Digital Platforms, Customer Operations, Sales Support, etc.)
- Experience in portfolio and program management within a technology or digital environment Skills Program & Project Management Program Management Roadmap Creation Program Management Strategy Portfolio Management Agile Tools & Methodologies Change Management Risk Identification, Escalation, and Mitigation Stakeholder Management & Communication. Leadership and Team Management. Delegation and Prioritization.
- Communication Skills and Strategy. Decision-making and Problem-solving under pressure. Governance adherence for technology projects .Dashboard Reporting and Executive Updates.
- Proficiency with computers and software applications or successful completion of a recognized Project Management curriculum.Good To Have Skills-Mobile Digital Marketing.Marketing domain knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
