Job Title : Principal Consultant (Finance / Enterprise Planning)

We are seeking a Principal Consultant (Finance / Enterprise Planning) to lead enterprise planning, Annual Operating Planning (AOP), funding governance, and finance transformation initiatives for strategic transformation programs. This role partners with executive stakeholders across Finance, Enterprise Planning, Technology, and Business teams to design future-state operating models, improve funding and planning processes, and enable faster, more effective business execution
ā 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Enterprise Planning, FP&A, or Strategy Consulting.
ā Deep expertise in Annual Operating Planning (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, funding governance, and capacity planning.
ā Experience designing Target Operating Models and finance operating models.
ā Strong understanding of portfolio management, business case development, and investment governance.
ā Executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience. ā Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
ā Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
ā Preferred Experience
ā Management consulting background (Big 4 or leading consulting firm).
ā Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation programs.
ā Knowledge of ERP/EPM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar.
ā Experience working with global enterprises and cross-functional executive teams.
