Job Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery through effective prioritization, resource and capacity planning, budget oversight, and proactive risk and issue mitigation.
Define, develop, and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end delivery of data and technology initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, architecture, and business units.
Drive strong stakeholder engagement through clear communication, periodic status reporting, and executive-level presentations.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies with hands-on experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and delivery governance.
Demonstrate strong expertise in data platforms, including ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, data lakes, and modern analytics ecosystems.
Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, security, and compliance standards across all projects.
Collaborate with data architects and engineers on data modeling, pipeline design, and scalable data solutions.
Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms for tracking and documentation.
Leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address complex technical and business challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Possess working knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts to effectively engage with technical teams and validate deliverables.
Bring strong domain expertise in BFSI, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and ensure value realization
Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Work Experience:
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles is required
10+ year of experience in technical project management is required
Financial services industry experience preferred
