Job Title: OnBase developers

Location: Remote 

Duration: 12+ months Contract on C2C

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development & Configuration
   • Design, develop, and configure OnBase solutions using Workflow, Unity Forms, WorkView, and other modules.
   • Customize and maintain OnBase applications to meet business requirements.
   • Implement enhancements and upgrades, especially for versions v25 or v26.

2. System Administration
   • Perform OnBase system administration tasks including user management, security roles, and system monitoring.
   • Manage OnBase servers, services, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

3. Troubleshooting & Support
   • Provide Level 2/3 support for OnBase-related issues.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, workflow issues, and performance bottlenecks.

4. Documentation & Compliance
   • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configuration, and user guides.
   • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and data governance policies.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
   • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
   • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with OnBase v25 or v26.
• Proficiency in OnBase Workflow, Unity Forms, WorkView, and Document Composition.
• Experience with OnBase Studio and Configuration tools.
• Knowledge of OnBase API and integration techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database querying.
• Understanding of document management, records management, and content lifecycle.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with OnBase Integration for Microsoft Outlook, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Hyland RPA, Brainware, or ShareBase.
• Exposure to cloud deployments or OnBase in Azure/AWS environments.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
• Certifications such as Hyland Certified OnBase Administrator (OCSA) or OCSD.
