Job Description :

Program Manager to drive a high-visibility, C-Suite backed initiative supporting the rollout of HomeCare+, a nationwide home maintenance subscription platform.

This is not a status-reporting role — they need a strategic program leader who can influence executives, drive outcomes, and manage complex enterprise technology programs.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Program/Project Management (Technology-focused)
  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise programs
  • Strong exposure to C-Suite / SVP-level stakeholder communication
  • Ability to drive strategy, not just track execution
  • Experience in Agile + Waterfall environments
  • Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, resource planning)
  • Excellent communication & executive presentation skills
