Program Manager to drive a high-visibility, C-Suite backed initiative supporting the rollout of HomeCare+, a nationwide home maintenance subscription platform.
This is not a status-reporting role — they need a strategic program leader who can influence executives, drive outcomes, and manage complex enterprise technology programs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years in Program/Project Management (Technology-focused)
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise programs
- Strong exposure to C-Suite / SVP-level stakeholder communication
- Ability to drive strategy, not just track execution
- Experience in Agile + Waterfall environments
- Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, resource planning)
- Excellent communication & executive presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery (scope, timeline, cost, quality)
- Drive program strategy, planning, and execution
- Manage cross-functional teams (business + technology + vendors)
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Own risk management, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Translate business goals into technical execution plans
- Oversee financials, forecasting, and resource utilization
- Ensure alignment across global teams and third-party vendors
- Provide program-level reporting and executive insights
