Skills and Experiences:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Python programming lang , with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Python programming, Django/Flask Api framework and working in large datasets..
Experience in deployments and code optimization
Database Management: Strong experience with MS SQL Server including writing complex queries. Knowledge of PostGreSQL is a plus.
Tools: Knowledge of version control systems like Git, and experience of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Banking Industry/Lending portfolio is a plus
Knowledge in PD/LGD model is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, performing requirement analysis, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
