COBOL Development – 8+ years of advanced proficiency in writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining COBOL applications.

Natural Programming – 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining Natural applications.

JCL (Job Control Language) – 8+ years of experience with JCL scripting and batch job processing.

IBM DB2 – 8+ years of experience analyzing, modifying, optimizing DB2 tables, schemas, and relational databases.

Mainframe Technologies – 8+ years of experience with CICS, screen modifications (Map environments), runtime routines, and complex batch processing.

Web API Integration – 8+ years of experience with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, API mapping, and integration with legacy mainframe systems.

Authentication & Authorization – 8+ years of experience implementing LDAP, SAML, or OIDC-based authentication and authorization.

Legacy System Modernization – 8+ years of experience analyzing legacy code, modifying batch workflows, integrating new functionality, and performing gap/impact analysis.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – 8+ years of knowledge of SDLC principles, software design, and application development practices.

Software Testing & Troubleshooting – 8+ years of experience in data-driven testing, debugging, problem-solving, software installation, implementation, and troubleshooting.

NASWA SIDES – 2+ years of experience implementing or maintaining NASWA SIDES (State Information Data Exchange System).

Unemployment Insurance (UI) Domain Knowledge – 3+ years of experience with Additional Fact-Finding (ADF), Determinations & Decisions (DD), Monetary/Potential Charges (MPC), and Benefit Charges (BC).

SDLC Tools – 2+ years of experience using Visio and ALM Octane.

PII & Government Compliance – 3+ years of experience handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in state or federal agency environments.

Identity Management & IAM – 3+ years of experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, LDAP, and identity management automation.
