Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibility of extension
Contract 6 months-possibility of extension or conversion
Supporting ServiceNow Discovery (monitoring Discovery Tool, investigating issues, resolving errors, maintaining discovery schedules, maintain credentials, etc.) Supporting integrations (working with Platform Team for updates needed) Maintaining CMDB Health (resolving: duplicates, orphans and compliance issues)
Regularly audit data in the CMDB for inconsistencies, stale data, or misconfigurations
Collaborating with CI Class Owners to ensure CMDB Data Accuracy (identifying improvements and working with Platform Team for development and implementation)
Testing support for Discovery and CMDB (complete non-prod testing, validate production after biweekly releases – evening hours)
