Job Description:
- Build cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to define infrastructure requirements and implement solutions.
- Define and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Contribute to cloud strategy and roadmap development aligned with enterprise goals.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with operations and FinOps teams to enable automated provisioning and cloud cost governance.
- Promote financial accountability by designing infrastructure with cost efficiency, tagging standards, and resource optimization in mind.
Qualifications:
- Total IT experience of 10+ years
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS infrastructure design and implementation.
- Expertise in AWS; additional experience with Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Proficient with automation and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Understanding of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and networking concepts.
- Experience with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
