POSITION 1 .

SAP Senior ABAP Developer – Work Manager with a major organization in the Miami, FL area.

 

· Develop enhancements /forms/interfaces/conversions as needed for Plant Maintenance, FI and SRM.

· Required to develop in ABAP, unit test and document as well as interact with users and functional team members effectively

· Able to work independently on complex ABAP code

· Proactively manage error resolution and functional specification inaccuracies

· Report delays and risks to team leads

· Adhere to ERP standards

· Document changes as well as hold knowledge transfer sessions with the appropriate staff.

· Around 8 years of experience in development of the various projects being implemented on SAP ABAP development, Experience in SAP SYCLO Mobile Application development.

· Knowledge on ABAP Data Dictionary objects: Tables, Views, Date Elements and Domains

· Knowledge in data transfer methods, SAP scripts, smart forms, enhancements and cross applications with ALE/IDOCs.

· Interfaces and Conversions: LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), BDC and BAPI.

· 2 years experience with ABAP coding for Public Sector (K – 12 experience a must)

· Must have experience in BADI, New Enhancement Framework

· Proficiency in analyzing and debugging ABAP code

· Good communication and documentation skills

· ABAP WorkBench, Data Dictionary, Reports/ALV, BAPI/RFC, IDOC, BADI, SMART FORMS, LSMW

· Syclo Fundamentals on SAP WorkManager, SAP Inventory Manager, Agentry framework, Agentry Editor, ATE Configurations procedures, Syclo server configuration, Syclo Customizations, Java Customizations

 

POSITION 2

Senior ABAP Developer (Plant Maintenance/FI/SRM) with a major organization in the Miami, FL area.

 

· Develop enhancements/forms/interfaces/conversions as needed for Plant Maintenance, FI and SRM.

· Required to develop in ABAP, unit test and document as well as interact with users and functional team members effectively

· Able to work independently on complex ABAP code

· Proactively manage error resolution and functional specification inaccuracies

· Adhere to ERP standards

· Document changes as well as hold knowledge transfer sessions with the appropriate staff.

· At least 8 years of recent ABAP development experience with ABAP Object Oriented Programming, ABAP enhancements and forms

· At least 3 years of experience in Plant Maintenance development

· Public Sector – (K-12 experience a must)

· At least 3 year of experience in FI development

· At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of ADOBE Forms and Smartforms

· Experience in coding highly complex ABAP solutions

· 2 years experience with ABAP coding for Public Sector desirable

· Must have experience in BADI, New Enhancement Framework

· Proficiency in analyzing and debugging ABAP code

· Good communication and documentation skills

· Knowledge of PPS/SRM Extended Classic desirable

 

POSITION 3

ERP/SAP FI/CO/FM Configurator with a major organization in the Miami, FL area.

 

 

Position Description:

· As an SAP FI/CO/FM Configurator you will assist in the upgrade of the SAP finance modules from ECC 6 EHP 3 to ECC 6 EHP 8.

· Additionally, you will be responsible for configuration design and delivery of the SAP finance modules with plant maintenance and SRM extended classic scenario and SRM procurement for our public sector client.

 

Responsibilities

· Assist with upgrading the SAP finance modules, including funds management, from ECC 6 EHP 3 to ECC 6 EHP 8 including creating a test plan and writing and/or updating related functional specifications.

· Configure the SAP finance modules, including funds management, to work with SRM 7 Extended Classic and Procurement for Public Sector including creating a test plan and writing and/or updating related functional specifications.

· Configure the SAP finance modules, including funds management, to work with Plant Maintenance including creating a test plan and writing and/or updating related functional specifications.

· Configure the CO (Cost Accounting) module to work with Plant Maintenance including creating a test plan and writing and/or updating related functional specifications.

· Configure, test and validate settlement (closure) of plant maintenance work orders where the funding structures are actually debited for the expense.

· Configure or write the functional spec to allow plant maintenance work orders to encumber funding upon creation of the WO, to set WO limits and allow updates to WO limits.

· Configure or write the functional spec for the plant maintenance work order approval chain.

· Assist the HR resource with the integration of plant maintenance work order time with the HR/payroll system.

· Hold knowledge transfer sessions with the appropriate M-DCPS configuration staff.

 

Qualifications:

· SAP ECC configuration experience in integrating the SAP finance, cost accounting, and funds management modules with plant maintenance and SRM extended classic.

· Public Sector – (K-12 experience a must)

· Good working knowledge of FI, CO, and FM

· Documentation of experience in testing and implementation.

 

POSITION 4

ERP SAP Plant Maintenance Configurer Analyst with a major organization in the Miami, FL area.

 

Responsibilities

· Liaise with the development and business teams to discuss. design and configure robust/efficient solutions for Facilities Operations; Maintenance processes.

· Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional teams

· Create, execute, and document configurations based on the functional specifications

· Test and support of complex configuration solutions to meet requirements

· Document every step according to the project adopted standards

· Build configurations in Plant Maintenance “PM ” according to business requirements

· Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new configurations and processes for

· Assist in gap analysis between requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP

· Review process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible

· Identify needs for application configuration, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team

· Develop interface designs to identified legacy systems and applications

· Analyze and develop Workflow specifications and work with developer on assigned objects

· Receive and resolve configuration defects and/or change requests

· Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered. Report delays and risks to team leads

· Assist in developing and updating detailed team project plan

· Adhere to ERP PMO project standards

· Experience in Plant Maintenance integration with DMSC (Document Management Systems).

 

Qualifications

· Must have 5 years of experience as an SAP Plant Maintenance- Functional analyst/configuration analyst with at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP implementation

· Solid SAP Plant Maintenance configuration experience in ECC

· Implementation experience in SAP ECC version 6.08

· Solid understanding of interfaces between Plant Maintenance and other SAP modules

· Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus

· Experience with mobile device mobility application front end to Plant Maintenance desirable

· Development SAP experience a plus (User Exits. Workflows, etc.)

· Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable

· Public Sector – (K-12 experience a must)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to write detailed functional specification

· Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively

· Ability to communicate in both oral and written forms effectively

· Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners

· Experience in LSMW program creation is required.

· Experience with operation level costing with funds management integration is required.
