Workday Functional Analyst
New Jersey OR Cary, NC OR Tampa Florida
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Ø Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Work day consultant, Finance analyst role.
Ø Should be experience in Workday Accounting Center, including accounting rules, journal entries, event processing, and reconciliation.
Ø Deep knowledge of Workday Financial Management modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Financial Reporting & Analytics
• Hands-on configuration experience with Business Processes, Security, and Workday Setup.
• Strong understanding of Workday Reporting (Advanced Reports, Composite, Matrix, Workday Prism).
Ø Strong Financials data reconciliation experience
Ø Solid grounding in accounting principles (GAAP, STAT)
Ø Understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
Ø Experience with audit, compliance, and controls (SOX, internal controls, statutory reporting).
Ø Managed multiple workday releases and have enabled uptake of new features
Ø Strong expertise in Workday Studio, RAAS, WQL, (SOAP/REST API).
