Sr SAP ABAP Engineer
Exp : 10+
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: Long term
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and systems analysts to ensure that new solutions are delivered within a consistent framework.
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects.
- Develop quality code and its associated documentation adhering to Adobe’s development standards.
- Provide SAP support including analysis, development, testing, tracking and resolution.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Five years + of recent full-time experience in advanced SAP ABAP object-oriented programming.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP including UI5, IDocs, Interfaces, OOPS, BADI & enhancement switch framework.
- Experience with Code-to-Data paradigm, OData, CDS Views, AMDP
- Experience with SAP BSP Applications (Page Events and Model-View-Controller).
- Experience with Java script knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementations in a hands-on capacity in technical areas (Architecture, Programming).
- Experience in integration projects involving middleware interfaces.
- Strong understanding of API’s , Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Good knowledge of business processes in the field of Order Management, Subscription based billing and invoicing.
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization including business and IT.
- Working exposure to Agile development practices.
- Team player, self-starter, collaborative, innovative.
