Job title: SAP BA
Duration: 1 year

Location: Alexandria, LA
BA services will be primarily perform on-site for the first 3 months of engagement and remote with periodic on-site thereafter.
Responsibilities:
- Support business process reviews and optimization
- Research and provide guidance on best practice implementation of desired business objectives (as defined by the business)
- Create and update business documentation as needed
- Participate and/or facilitate project daily stand-ups
- Coordinate with various onshore and offshore resources in delivering business desired outcomes.
- Assist Project Managers with providing project updates, risks, etc.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate meetings, as required, to deliver business requirements and outcomes
- Support the other Business Analyst as needed and requested.
- Foster communication between all IT, Business teams, QA, Vendors, PMO and executive teams
- Understanding of general business processes and the ability to facilitate discussions of business process improvements
- SAP knowledge of business systems
- 2 – 5 years experience and will analyze business processes (not a coder).
- Degree is preferred unless 4+ years of relevant business experience.
