Job Title – Reinsurance Business Analyst

Location – Remote in EST

Duration – Long Term Contract (8+ Year exp)

Qualifications to Perform the Job:

• 2 – 5 Years of experience in the insurance & reinsurance industry.
• 2 – 5 Years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in developing business requirements documentation.
• Strong knowledge and experience with reinsurance (i.e., Facultative, XOL, Q/S, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business-related field of study.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• High level of self-management.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Independent worker with analytical skills that can contribute to multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills; Strong verbal communications skills and strong writing ability.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (i.e., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio).
• Experience in interacting with business partners at the line level and management position.
