Job Title – Reinsurance Business Analyst

Location – Remote in EST

Duration – Long Term Contract (8+ Year exp)

Qualifications to Perform the Job:

2 – 5 Years of experience in the insurance & reinsurance industry.
2 – 5 Years of experience in business analysis.
Experience in developing business requirements documentation.
Strong knowledge and experience with reinsurance (i.e., Facultative, XOL, Q/S, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business-related field of study.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
High level of self-management.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Independent worker with analytical skills that can contribute to multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills; Strong verbal communications skills and strong writing ability.
Effective presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (i.e., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio).
Experience in interacting with business partners at the line level and management position.
