Job Description :
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting mainframe applications using COBOL.
- Strong experience with JCL, CICS, DB2, SQL, VSAM, IBM z/OS, and TSO/ISPF.
- Experience developing and supporting batch and online mainframe applications.
- Strong production support, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning experience.
- Experience with Endevor or Changeman and scheduling tools such as Control M or CA7.
- Experience integrating mainframe systems with modern applications using IBM MQ, APIs, or file based interfaces.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with insurance business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams.‌
- Experience with insurance functions such as policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting, rating, or premium processing
