Role: Program Manager / Project Lead Quote to Cash (Q2C)

Job Description:
The Q2C Program Manager will own delivery planning and design for a Quote to Cash transformation initiative spanning pricing/CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections. The role will drive cross-functional program execution, ensure accountability across business and technology teams, and support established Q2C governance frameworks and controls.
The position requires a strong transformation leader who can influence senior stakeholders across Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT. The candidate will also support resource and budget management, oversee third-party vendors and system integrators, develop Q2C best practices, and help design the future-state Quote to Cash operating model for Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
Own Q2C transformation planning and design, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
Define and measure outcomes such as quote cycle time, billing accuracy, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Drive cross-functional execution across Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT.
Maintain Q2C governance frameworks, controls, accountability, and program delivery standards.
Influence senior business and technology stakeholders outside the direct reporting structure.
Act as a strategic thought partner to senior executives and communicate Q2C priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
Support program resource planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
Manage third-party vendors and system integrator partners supporting CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition enhancements.
Develop and codify Q2C process patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
Support organizational learning and capability building across quoting, contracting, billing, and cash application.
Help design the future-state Quote to Cash operating model for Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead complex transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation with accountability for business outcomes.

Program/Portfolio Management or Project Lead experience.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
Enterprise-scale Quote to Cash systems and processes.
CPQ / pricing experience.
Contract management experience.
Billing and revenue recognition experience, including ASC 606.
Collections / cash application experience.
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, or equivalent.
Vendor and system integrator management experience.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, technology, finance transformation, or digital transformation environments preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
