JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

            Essential Skills:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience developing service catalogs, workflows, client script, UI policies, Data Policies, REST API (inbound/outbound), application integration, ACLs, dictionary on ServiceNow platform.
  • Solid concept of REST API creation, consumption, error handling in ServiceNow Platform. Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations for clients.
  • Any recognized IT certifications considered a plus (MCP, MCSE, etc.)
  •  Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and XML.
  •  ITIL Foundations v4 preferred.
  •  Leadership skills in technical initiatives
  • .Oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects that are assigned.
  •  ServiceNow Administrator Certification (New York or Higher) preferred.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification (New York or Higher) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM and ITOM products.
  • System/Process Automation (Orchestration/Integration Hub) experience.
