JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Skills:
- 6 to 8 years of experience developing service catalogs, workflows, client script, UI policies, Data Policies, REST API (inbound/outbound), application integration, ACLs, dictionary on ServiceNow platform.
- Solid concept of REST API creation, consumption, error handling in ServiceNow Platform. Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations for clients.
- Any recognized IT certifications considered a plus (MCP, MCSE, etc.)
- Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and XML.
- ITIL Foundations v4 preferred.
- Leadership skills in technical initiatives
- .Oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects that are assigned.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification (New York or Higher) preferred.
- ServiceNow Developer Certification (New York or Higher) preferred.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM and ITOM products.
- System/Process Automation (Orchestration/Integration Hub) experience.
