Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with a strong background in SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and supporting enterprise collaboration solutions that enhance productivity and streamline processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to developing and maintaining SharePoint solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions in SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.
- Build and customize sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms to meet business requirements.
- Utilize CSOM, JSOM, REST API, PowerShell, and SPFx for development tasks.
- Support SharePoint migrations and assist in content restructuring efforts.
- Integrate SharePoint solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both on-premises and cloud environments.
Mandatory Skills:
- 4-6+ years of SharePoint development experience.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online is a deal breaker.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, SPFx, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Sharegate for migration tasks.
- Understanding of permissions, governance, and Microsoft 365 security protocols.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Knowledge of additional Microsoft 365 services and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
