Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM Payroll (on-premise).

Support end-to-end payroll processing, including pre-payroll, payroll runs, post-payroll activities, and reconciliation.

Monitor production systems and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.

Analyze payroll and HR issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Handle configuration and functional support for SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.

Support SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, EC Payroll integration, or related modules as applicable).

Manage interfaces and integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC (SFPI, CPI, IDocs, reports).

Coordinate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and infrastructure teams for transports, jobs, and system issues.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, audits, and internal controls.

Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Participate in change management, testing, and deployment activities.

Communicate effectively with business users, HR, payroll stakeholders, and external vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC HCM Payroll (On-Premise).

Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central.

Proven background in production support / application support (L2/L3).
-
Solid understanding of payroll processes, schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
-
Experience with payroll integrations between SuccessFactors and ECC.

Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
-
Familiarity with SAP transport management and system landscapes.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.
Nice to Have
-
Experience with multiple country payrolls.
-
Exposure to EC Payroll or SAP HCM S/4HANA.
-
Knowledge of SAP CPI / Integration Center.
-
ITIL certification or structured support process experience.
-
Prior experience in large enterprise or global payroll environments.
Educational Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
