Position: FIve9 Manual Test Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ/ Raleigh, NC (Remote)
Descriptions:
· Information Technology| or related field (or equivalent experience).5 years of manual testing experience in Five 9 contact center or telephony environments.Strong understanding of IVR| ACD| CTI| CRM| and omnichannel platforms (e.g.| Five9| Amazon Connect| Genesys| Avaya| Cisco| Amazon Connect).Experience with test management tools (e.g.| TestRail| Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g.| Jira).Familiarity with SIP| VoIP| and call routing concepts.Excellent analytical| problem-solving| and communication skills.Ability to work in agilescrum environments.
Qualifications:
