Adobe Analytics Business Analyst

Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Implementation:
Gather
business requirements, define KPIs, and manage end-to-end tracking using Adobe
Analytics and Adobe Launch across web and mobile platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Build
dashboards and analyze large datasets to perform 360 customer, marketing, and
conversion analyses. Connect digital metrics directly to business outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act
as a data storyteller. Answer the “why” and “what” behind
the data, provide actionable recommendations, and educate product teams on
analytics best practices.
Data Governance:
Validate
all implemented requirements, troubleshoot data flows, and ensure strict
compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
Key Requirements & Skills Experience &
Education:
45+ years in web/mobile analytics with a
Bachelor”s degree in a related analytical or technical field.
The Adobe Stack:
Expert-level command of Adobe Analytics (projects,
segments, calculated metrics) and Adobe Launch.
Experience with Adobe CJA and AEP is highly valued.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
debugging tools.
Deep understanding of Data Layers, cookies, and
variables.
Data & Visualization Tools:
Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
is required, and SQL skills are highly preferred for connecting disparate
datasets.
Marketing Knowledge:
Strong foundational understanding of customer
segmentation and marketing attribution models.
