Responsibilities:Role Name: UI/UX SpecialistUI/UX Job Responsibilities from JD:The resource will have a strong background in user experience design with expertise in conducting user research creating wireframes and prototypes and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional user centric solutionsResponsibilities:1 Conduct user research to understand user needs preferences and behaviors2 Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that meet business objectives3 Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions4 Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities5 Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements6 Stay up to date on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UX design7 Advocate for the user throughout the design process ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience8 Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members9 Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work10 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail11 Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams12 Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD and GenAI features
