Job Summary:
We are seeking a UI UX Engineer or (User Experience Engineer Developer) that can bridge the gap between design and engineering by coding user interfaces, building interactive prototypes, and ensuring visual designs are implemented effectively.
Years of experience needed: 5 to 10 years of experience as UI UX Engineer
Technical Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks React JS, Node JS
- Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch to interpret design assets.
- UX Principles: Understanding of user-centered design, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between design teams and technical teams.
- Other technical skills required are Typescripts, Wireframing, GenAI, node npm, Node js
Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Implementation: Developing high-quality code (HTML/CSS/JS) to build user-facing features, translating design wireframes into functional web or app components.
- Prototyping: Creating sophisticated, interactive prototypes with live data to test interaction design and technical feasibility.
- Bridging Teams: Collaborating closely with UX designers, UX researchers, and back-end engineers to ensure the final product matches design intent and user research insights.
- Performance & Fidelity: Optimizing front-end components for maximum speed, scalability, and visual fidelity across devices.
- Usability Testing: Assisting in user testing and A/B testing to refine UI functionality based on feedback.
