Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Mainframe – **Experience:**8+ Years
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in Mainframe technologies – COBOL, JCL, DB2 and/or IMS DB
· Good understanding of CICS, VSAM, Batch Processing, z/OS
· Experience managing end-to-end project/program delivery
· Stakeholder and client management
· Agile/Scrum and Release Management experience
· Strong risk, issue, and resource management skills
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage Mainframe application development, enhancement, and support programs.
· Coordinate with business, development, testing, and support teams.
· Drive project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
· Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

· Preferred: Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain experience.
