About the Role
As an Technical Program Manager you will drive high impact initiatives across Compass Your projects will range from deep technical improvements that our platform is built on from third party saas implementation to standardizing processes and metrics You will look for ways to ensure execution efficiency and consistency resolve dependencies evaluate technical risk track progress and set accountability for your initiatives while maintaining clear and fluid communication with high level stakeholders.

Must Have:

• BSMS in Computer Science or related field Or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 
• Previous experience working on or with and information security teams 
• 4 years of Technical Program Management experience 
• Strong verbal and written communication  excellent ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data driven reporting 
• Previous experience in program managing Okta migrations 
• Technical Okta Experience
• Proven track record of successful technical program management in high performance teams directing initiatives across multiple groups teams and managers 
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies eg containerization microservices architecture continuous integration and delivery 

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures as well as security platforms and frameworks 
• Knowledge of Enterprise Security controls and risk management

Mandatory Skills : IDAM – OKTA, Project Financial Management, Project Governance, Project Planning
Good to Have Skills : AWS Cloud Architecture, Web Security (OWASP Rules)
