Technical Analyst/Technical Business System Analyst

Location: Charlotte-NC (3 Days Hybrid in a Week- Need Local only)
Visa: Only h1b, H4ead, GCead or L2 or E3 (Must be ready to share Passport number)

Final round will be face to face only

 

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Proven ability to develop clear, comprehensive design and requirements documents from input gathered across business and technology teams.
Strong facilitation skills to drive collaboration and consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving design issues, technical dependencies, risks, and implementation challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to maintain alignment across stakeholders and communicate a unified vision for project deliverables.
Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within Agile project delivery methodologies.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise-scale application, integration, or data projects.
Familiarity with requirements management, process modeling, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).
