Description and Location
Configure SuccessFactors PM and GM modules including route maps, rating scales, form templates, workflows, and permissions
ā¢ Validate XML configurations where required (Goal Plans, Performance Form Templates)
ā¢ Create reports related to the PMGM configurations
ā¢ Coordinate UAT cycles with business teams and testing team
ā¢ Identify and resolve configuration issues and defects
ā¢ Manage cutover activities and support go live readiness
ā¢ Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and job aids
ā¢ 3-6 years of experience
