Position: Sr. UKG Integrations Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long-Term

 

Required Qualifications

Experience

·         10+ years in UKG/Kronos implementations and integrations

·         Proven experience with:

• o    UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (WFC) (depending on environment)
• o    End-to-end integration lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)

·         Hands-on experience implementing complex, enterprise-level integrations across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits systems

· Experience working in multi-system HR ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, third-party vendors)

 

UKG Integration Tools

·         UKG integration frameworks such as:

• o    Integration Hub / Dell Boomi integrations within UKG
• o    Dataviews / APIs / Interfaces

·         Experience with:

• o    Data mapping between UKG and external systems
• o    Integration troubleshooting and performance optimization

 

Functional Expertise (Required)

Deep functional understanding of UKG business processes, including:

·            Core HR

·            Payroll

·            Time & Labor / Workforce Management

·            Absence Management

 

Required

·         Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification

·         UKG Certifications (any of the following):

• UKG Pro Integration Certification
• UKG Dimensions Integration or Technical Certification
• UKG Workforce Central certifications
