Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) workflows for processing high-volume usage and transactional data.
  • Configure and maintain Collection, Processing, and Forwarding Agents.
  • Develop mediation logic for data transformation, enrichment, validation, aggregation, and routing.
  • Integrate SAP CM with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), SOM, FI-CA, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end BRIM solutions.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, deployments, and release activities.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM, especially SAP Convergent Mediation (CM).
  • Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), SOM, and FI-CA.
  • Expertise in UFDL, APL scripting, workflow design, and agent configuration.
  • Integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RFC/BAPI, SFTP, and file-based interfaces.
  • Knowledge of SAP CPI/PI/PO integration technologies.
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, and Git.
  • Experience with JSON/XML processing and database connectivity.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure) is preferred.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of overall SAP experience.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM implementations and support projects.
  • Experience in Telecom, Utilities, Subscription Billing, Media, or Digital Services industries preferred.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, integration, and production support environments.
  • Experience working in global delivery and Agile project environments.
