- 10+ years of professional experience in Project Management, PMO Leadership, Scrum Leadership, Business Operations, or related delivery-focused roles
- Experience supporting enterprise data environments, including coordination across data, analytics, reporting, or platform teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, execution-focused environment
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience partnering with both technical and business teams to drive delivery outcomes
- Strong communication, organization, and execution management skills
- Experience with change and risk management
