Job Description:

Required Skills:

• At least 10 yrs. of experience configuring, architecting, and troubleshooting the Cisco network equipment
• Must be able to install, maintain, and upgrade the network hardware and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills; able to find solutions for complex issues and able to take network captures and analyze them to find the issues. 
• Supporting intricate networks that deal with Layer 2 and Layer 3 Routing.
• Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls (setup, configuration, troubleshooting).
• RADIUS and TACACS dealing with network authentication/authorization is a plus.
• Cisco Data Center Architecture including Nexus and Catalyst switches.
• Load Balancing technologies F5 is preferred; Cisco ASR series routers
• TCP/IP, client VPN tunnels, host explicit routes on routes, firewalls, and load balancers.

Preferred Skills:

• Cisco’s Wireless Controllers/Access Points
• F5 Big IP LTM/GTM
• SPLUNK
• SolarWinds NPM, NCM, IPAM
• Experience using SNMP and NetFlow to monitor network devices to troubleshoot and for utilization.
• SSL and Site-to-Site VPNs
• Configuring networking on Windows and Linux OS.
• CCNP/CCDP Certification
