SFCC QA LEAD C2C jobs in Location : Dallas, TX (onsite)

 

 

 Key Requirements: 12+ years of experience in software QA, with 4+ years leading Salesforce QA efforts

 Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms including Sales Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud

 Proven experience in test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Tosca

 Proficient in writing SOQL queries and validating data

 Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

 Define and implement QA processes, best practices, and standards for Salesforce testing.

 Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).

 Conduct functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing

. Monitor and manage defect lifecycle; track quality metrics and provide QA status reports.
