ServiceNow Case Management experience to support platform initiatives and stakeholder requirements. This role will work closely with business and technical teams and requires strong technical platform knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Document current-state and future-state business processes
• Support ServiceNow Case Management initiatives
• Develop and maintain project documentation, requirements, and user stories
• Support testing, issue management, and implementation activities
• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout project delivery
Required Qualifications:
• Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Experience supporting ServiceNow Case Management solutions
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Key Requirements:
• ServiceNow platform experience
• ServiceNow Case Management experience
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution delivery
