ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite Hybrid 3 days to office

Duration: 6 months

 

 

  Job description:

• Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and technical capabilities.

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including configurations, workflows, and integrations, to meet specific business needs.

• Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow IRM module to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Analyze risk data using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for stakeholders.

• Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize the ServiceNow IRM platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive risk management approach.

• Manage vendor risks through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Support business continuity planning by using the ServiceNow platform to identify potential disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Understanding of Risk Management Principles: Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation techniques.

• Experience with ServiceNow IRM: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the IRM module, is essential.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant parties.

• Knowledge of Relevant Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001 is a plus.

• Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management: Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment.
