# Overall 10 yrs experience, Minimum 6 years ServiceNow specific experience. Should have played a role of Technical Architect in ServiceNow space, at least for 2 years.
# In-depth technical skills in ServiceNow technology, Hands-on Experience is a MUST in IM, PM, CM, CMDB, Discovery, Catalog, Service Portal, Integration, orchestration areas, HRSM
# Server and client scripting, workflows, Performance tuning. Impact analysis
# ITSM functional knowledge should be at least 3 in the scale of 1-5
# Consulting skills MUST
# Excellent communication and documentation skills
# Experience in Agile development, Create Stories in ServiceNow
# Preferably Scrum master certified, ITIL Certified
