Key Responsibilities

Platform Configuration: Designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, BCM, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Risk & Control Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and IT risks by mapping policies to control objectives.
Automation: Creating workflows to automate risk assessments, compliance attestations, and issue management.
Audit Support: Assisting with internal/external audits, tracking evidence, and managing remediation efforts.
Documentation & Reporting: Creating dashboards, reports, and maintaining documentation on control frameworks.
Collaboration: Working with security, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR.

Required Skills and Qualifications

ServiceNow GRC/IRM Experience: Deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC applications, architecture, and configuration.
Technical Skills: Experience with ServiceNow development (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules) and workflows.
Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management methodologies.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (highly preferred).
Analysis: Ability to map technical risks to business impacts and translate requirements into platform capabilities.
