Role – ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Philadelphia (on-site)

Role Summary:
ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather business requirements, translate them into ServiceNow solutions, and support platform implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to design ServiceNow workflows and processes
  • Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows
  • Support ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – as applicable)
  • Coordinate with developers, testers, and product owners
  • Support UAT, defect tracking, and production rollout

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow platform
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow CSA / CIS certification
  • Experience with integrations and reporting

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow – SaaS .
