• Academic and Professional Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SN NOW platform
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps is a plus.
