Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Analyst with strong Salesforce testing and automation experience. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of QA automation experience and 4–6 years of Salesforce testing experience, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and exposure to Marketing Cloud preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, creating test strategies, validating Salesforce configurations, managing test data, and supporting Agile delivery across Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills:

· 10+ years of QA automation experience

· 4–6 years of Salesforce testing experience

· Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Required)

· Marketing Cloud experience preferred (or ability to learn quickly)

· Strong experience with Selenium or Playwright

· Hands-on experience with C# automation development

· Experience with Page Object Model (POM) framework

· Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce UI test automation

· Experience with test data management and data seeding

· Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automation suites

· Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines

· Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools

· Experience with Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, flows, Apex validation, and integrations

· Experience with UI testing; API testing experience is a plus

· Knowledge of SOQL for Salesforce backend validation

· Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments

· Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure

· API testing experience using Postman, RestSharp, or RestAssured

· BDD framework experience (SpecFlow/Cucumber)

· AWS experience

· Salesforce sandbox environments and deployment processes

· Experience with production-like data anonymization and lower environment data refresh/seeding

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

· Build and enhance Salesforce UI automation frameworks

· Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing

· Validate Salesforce workflows, configurations, integrations, and data accuracy

· Support continuous testing and CI/CD automation

· Manage test data creation, masking, refresh, and validation

· Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies

· Track defects, test results, and quality metrics

· Support release validation and production smoke testing

· Collaborate with developers, Salesforce teams, business analysts, and product owners

· Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices
