Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS) and e-commerce experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, diagnose complex issues, develop solutions, and implement fixes across Salesforce OMS and related integrations.
This is a hands-on development role, not an administrator position. The candidate must have strong coding skills and experience working with APIs and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce OMS (Order Management System).
Analyze business and technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Develop, test, and implement Salesforce-based solutions.
Write and maintain Apex code, integrations, and APIs.
Work with internal and external systems through API integrations.
Support and improve e-commerce order management processes.
Diagnose issues across Salesforce and connected e-commerce systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Execute solutions independently from troubleshooting through implementation.
Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS) MUST HAVE.
Strong Salesforce development experience.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations and platforms.
Strong understanding of order management and e-commerce workflows.
Hands-on experience with Apex development and Salesforce APIs/integrations.
Ability to independently diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with third-party systems and API integrations.
Must be a U.S.-based candidate.
English must be the candidates first language MUST HAVE.
Important This Is NOT an Administrator Role
The ideal candidate must be a hands-on Salesforce Developer who can:
Write and modify code
Work with APIs and integrations
Troubleshoot SF OMS issues
Develop and implement solutions
Understand e-commerce operations
Candidates with only Salesforce Administration experience will not be considered.
