Job Summary:

Senior .NET Lead/Manager Lead will be responsible for the analysis, system design, development, testing implementation and maintenance of Web based, Client Server and Windows applications using Microsoft Technologies & Angular UI framework. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the new enhancement development and sustainment to achieve the test enhancements, break fixes, analyze requirements and software code. Monitor applications run and availability and provided resolution which involves triage of issues reported and provided remediation and data correction. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience required for analysis, system design, development, testing implementation and maintenance of Web based, Client Server and Windows applications using Microsoft Technologies

Preferred: Lead experience

Required Skills:

• Experience on developing SPA (Single Page Application) using Angular Framework 7 and above

• Development experience on N-tier web applications in .NET environment using C#, ASP.NET 4.5/3.5, AADO.NET, LINQ, Web services and Web forms

• Implementation experience on Model View Controller (MVC) design patterns for several web applications

• Development experience on distributed applications using Web Technologies – ASP.NET, Web Services using REST and Ajax tools

• Experience with Ajax, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular 10/2, NodeJS, JSON along with client-side validation

• Experience with different UI components using HTML5, CSS3, Master Pages, Bootstrap

• Experience and knowledge in implementing Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using C#

• Experience on using ADO.NET data controls (Dataset, Data Reader, Data Adapter, Data Grid, Grid View, and Data List)

• Experience on developing Windows applications using WinForms and VB.Net

• Development experience on back-end components and expertise in writing connection logic to connect to third-party Web Services Using Node.js

• Strong database design and development experience with MS SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2019 and MY SQL

• Proficient in writing complex T- SQL (DDL, DML) queries, dynamic SQL programming, logical database design, SSIS & SSRS

• Experience with Visual Studio 2012, 2015 and 2017

• Expertise in designing Classic ASP and ASP.NET based Graphical User Interfaces with CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, AngularJS, Multithreading and HTML

• Experience on unit testing, fixing bugs and maintenance of applications

• Experience with using PowerShell for Bug testing in the Applications

• Experience with N-Unit testing framework

• Experience in using version control systems like Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Source Safe (VSS), GitHub, Jenkins pipeline and Agile methodology

• Experience with deploying and testing web applications on IIS 6.0/7.0/8.0/10.0

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To accomplish the smooth operation of technical efforts, projects, programs, and activities and provided logistical support. Manage projects from design and development to production

• To achieve the test enhancements, break fixes, analyze requirements and software code. Monitor applications run and availability and provided resolution which involves triage of issues reported and provided remediation and data correction

• Identify and respond to incidents and resolve them by restoring the service quickly and efficiently which help business in reduce cost relate to those incidents with increased customer satisfactions

• To monitor critical batch services and take corrective measures for timely completion and improvements. Owned responsibility on change and release management towards portal

• To provide first level support through calls and handle service requests using the request fulfillment process. Took responsibility of handling service request by reviewing and acknowledging and acted as a further escalation point for the coordination

• Work collaborate and manage timely delivery of service requests for self and team which include operational changes and functional enhancements. Stay organized and complete the job efficiently. Maintain rapport and build relationships with clients. Act with responsibility and provided fix on the reported issue

• To perform root cause analysis on the breakage or repeated incidents or production issues and participates in the triage meetings to classify functionality issues and enhancements. This also includes coordination with offshore teams in guiding them in solving repeated triage issues to make sure that the application that was designed is stable and accessible. Documenting the project details based on the complexity to provide clarity and support to product manager and engineers in the Scrum team and participates in all Scrum ceremonies and provides project artifacts and status in a timely manner.
