Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of modern ecommerce storefronts using Next.js, React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, UX teams, and solution architects to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for front-end development initiatives and provide guidance to development teams.
Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end architectures.
Integrate front-end applications with ecommerce backends, APIs, CMS platforms, and third-party services.
Drive performance optimization, accessibility compliance, SEO best practices, and responsive design standards. Participate in technical discovery sessions and customer workshops. Review code, establish development standards, and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot production issues and support release activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend| QA| DevOps| and business teams.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Next.js and modern ecommerce platforms to lead the development of customer-facing digital commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable, high-performance ecommerce storefronts and will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and customer teams.Experience with B2B Commerce is highly preferred, including customer-specific pricing, account hierarchies, contract pricing, quoting, purchase orders, and complex ordering workflows.

8+ years of Front-End Development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js.
Strong expertise in:

Strong understanding of:
o Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
o Static Site Generation (SSG)
