Role Summary
· Delivery Lead responsible for delivery readiness, architecture accountability, and release execution for features developed by offshore India teams.
· Acts as the single point of accountability to ensure work is design‑ready, delivery‑ready, tested, and releasable in compliance with SDLC, change, and audit expectations.
Core Responsibilities
- PI / Sprint Readiness: Own the “can we commit safely?” gate; validate scope, dependencies, risks, Definition of Ready, and delivery capacity
- Architecture Participation & Accountability: Actively participate in architecture activities; work with internal architects and stakeholders to shape solutions, validate design readiness, document decisions, and manage cross‑team dependencies
- Offshore Delivery Leadership: Provide execution oversight for India‑based development and QA teams, ensuring clear handoffs, sequencing, and issue resolution
- Release Management: Own end‑to‑end release readiness, including cutover planning, go‑live coordination, and post‑release hypercare
- SDLC & Audit: Ensure SDLC stage gates, evidence, approvals, and control compliance; lead remediation where gaps exist
Must‑Have Experience
- 10+ years in technology delivery leadership roles
- 5+ years leading offshore (India) development and QA teams
- Proven release management / production cutover experience
- Strong experience partnering with enterprise / solution architects on design and solution governance
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
