Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and scale advanced machine learning and AI solutions that drive personalization, recommendations, and intelligent automation across digital platforms. This role will collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

 

Required Skills

• Strong Python and PySpark programming experience
• Hands-on experience with Databricks
• Experience with ML libraries: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience building recommendation systems or personalization models
• Semantic search and embedding model experience
• Feature engineering and exploratory data analysis expertise
• Model evaluation and performance tuning experience
• Experience with MLOps workflows
• A/B testing and experimentation frameworks knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

 

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy recommendation, personalization, and predictive models
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data preparation, feature engineering, training, and production inference
• Implement semantic search and embedding-based solutions using transformer models
• Explore generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to productionize scalable and monitored ML systems
• Work with Data Engineers to design efficient and versioned datasets
• Define success metrics and design A/B experiments
• Translate analytical insights into actionable business outcomes
• Contribute to best practices and documentation across analytics ecosystem
