Senior CAD Systems & Design Process Lead
Manitowoc, WI(Day One Onsite)
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in CAD systems, design process management, or engineering tools leadership.
Strong expertise with AutoCAD and Inventor.
Working experience on Rhino software will be added advantageous
Proven experience establishing CAD standards, libraries, and enterprise design workflows.
Solid understanding of engineering change management, configuration control, and documentation practices.
Ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
Exposure to PLM/PDM systems and their integration with CAD tools.
