Requested Qualifications

84 months experience managing teams comprising representatives from multiple organizations from development through to a complete production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.               

84 months experience with teams comprising representatives from multiple organizations in the development through complete implementation of multi-year application development and infrastructure projects. Experience with standard Business Analyst tools and best practices.                                   

60 months of experience developing and documenting sophisticated, multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment, utilizing best practices in system life cycle methodologies, and working directly with cross-agency staff to implement projects.                             

24 months of experience in effective team building, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.                       

College Level Degree in a business or technology discipline.
