Position: Senior AWS Cloud & .NET DevOps Engineer

Location: Plano, TX / Indianapolis/ Boston/ Seattle /Portsmouth, NH (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ months contract

 

 

Job Description:   

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AWS Cloud & .NET DevOps Engineer with ECS, EKS , Docker , Containerization , Typescript experience AWS Cloud & Architecture

•       AWS Well Architected Framework understanding

•       VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups, NACLs

•       IAM roles, policies, task roles, execution roles

•       Application Load Balancer (ALB), Target Groups, health checks

•       CloudWatch metrics, logs, alarms

•       ECS Clusters, Services, Task Definitions

•       Fargate CPU/memory right sizing

•       ECS Service Autoscaling using CloudWatch metrics

•       Secrets management using SSM Parameter Store & Secrets Manager

• Rolling and Blue/Green deployments (Code Deploy)

 

AWS CDK (TypeScript) Deployments

•       CDK application development using TypeScript

•       Defining ECS Fargate services via CDK constructs

•       CDK pipelines for automated deployments

•       Synth, Diff, Deploy workflows

•       Environment-based stacks (Dev/QA/Prod)

•       Reusable CDK constructs for team-wide adoption

 

Containerization & .NET Modernization

•       Dockerizing .NET / .NET Core applications

•       Writing optimized multistage Docker files

•       Migrating legacy/on prem .NET apps to containers

 

GitHub Actions CI/CD

•       Building GitHub Actions workflows in YAML

•       Building & pushing Docker images to Amazon ECR

•       Deploying ECS services with GitHub Actions integrations

•       Adding unit tests, static code analysis & CodeQL security scans

•       Multi environment pipelines (Dev/QA/Prod)

 

Core Programming skills:

•       Typescript, JavaScript

•       C#, Dot Net Core

•       Docker, Kubernetes, ECS

•       PowerShell scripting, Bash programming

 

Datadog Observability & Monitoring

•       Datadog Agent as ECS Fargate sidecar container

•       ECS integration for container & Fargate system metrics

•       Datadog log forwarding, filtering, processing rules

•       Building dashboards for ECS, ALB, .NET performance

•       Alerts for CPU, memory, latency, error rate, health checks

 

Security & Compliance

•       Container security best practices

•       IAM least privilege models

•       Secrets encryption & secure handling

 

Database & Storage

•       Amazon RDS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

•       Connection pooling strategies for scalable ECS workloads

 

Delivery, Analysis & Documentation

•       Agile/Scrum delivery experience

•       Cloud migration assessments & planning

•       Creating architecture diagrams, deployment guides, runbooks

 

 

Skills: Digital : Cloud DevOps~Digital : Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing~Digital : Docker~ASP.NET 4.5 Experience Required: 10 & Above

 

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
