Job Title: Senior AI Engineer — Marketing AI
Location: Dallas, TX (2 Days Onsite) – (only Locals)
Mode: Contract
Note: No GC/OPT
Must-haves
Solid software design principles (architecture, design patterns, scalability, maintainability)
AI/Deep Learning experience, with hands-on RAG systems (retrieval, chunking, embeddings, re-ranking)
Experience with agent development platforms — LangGraph, LangChain, Azure AI Agents, or similar
CI/CD fundamentals and cloud deployment experience (Azure and/or AWS)
Familiarity with Docker, Python, and Java
Nice to have
Experience integrating with foundation model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in production
Knowledge graph or GraphRAG experience (Neo4j, RDF/SPARQL)
Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-orchestration experience
Experience with ServiceNow platform or enterprise B2B marketing tech
Comfortable navigating enterprise governance/review processes (architecture review boards, security/compliance gates)
Other requirements
5+ years building production AI/ML systems
Track record delivering in cross-functional teams with dependencies on other engineering orgs
Strong communication skills — able to work directly with PMs/TPMs on scope, risk, and delivery timelines
